Sally is a resident of Champion City and the owner of a junkyard called Sally's Auto Dismantlers. She hired a man named Roy as a breaker in her junkyard. At some point, a tank came into her junkyard and she continuously insisted that Roy "junk it" despite the fact that it was armored and she neglected to give him the proper tools to even scratch it. She scolded Roy when he came to work twenty five minutes late, but despite this, she didn't fire him. Sally is never intimidated by Roy's apparent short fuse, blowing him off as "grumpy".
