The Retirement Center is a facility where many of Champion City's elderly residents go to live when they retire. Dr. Heller frequents the Retirement Center as a place where he goes to try and meet women. It was attacked by a gang of thieves known as the Red Eyes (lead by a man called Big Red). The Red Eyes are engaged by the superhero team, the Mystery Men, but easily defeat the rookie heroes. The hero, Captain Amazing defeats the Red Eyes, saving the residents of the Retirement Center.
