The Hair Dryer is a non lethal weapon invented by Dr. Heller at his base of operations in the abandoned Heller Fairgrounds. It was turned on and almost used on the Mystery Men, fearing that they were intruders, but quickly put away when he recognized the Mystery Men member, The Shoveler from an earlier encounter (at the Retirement Center). It's function is still unknown.
