History[]
McGuire is a police officer with the Champion City Police Department. He has had several encounters with a group of amateur superheroes (consisting of Mr. Furious, The Shoveler and Blue Raja) that he doesn't think too highly of and often pokes fun at. He is very good at his job and was able to locate the Red Eyes gang fairly quickly during their attempted robbery of the Retirement Center, but Captain Amazing captures them and takes the credit for his work. After the battle, McGuire and his fellow police officers see the amateur heroes again, having just been defeated by the Red Eyes and begins to mock them, which makes Mr. Furious angry. McGuire isn't at all intimidated by Mr. Furious' so called temper and even manages to intimidate Furious.
