Casanova Frankenstein's gangs

Casanova Frankenstein has gathered some of the most dangerous gangs in Champion city. He acts as their leader and has appointed Tony P as his second in command. Although his ultimate goal is to rule Champion city, he has no compassion for his own men and has even killed several of them in an attempt to save himself.
