The Blame Thrower is a non lethal weapon invented by Dr. Heller. It stimulates parts of the brain responsible for negative emotions and causes it's targets to argue with and insult each other, distracting them from all other activities for a short time. The Bowler and The Spleen were briefly affected by it when it was accidentally activated by The Shoveler. It was used by The Spleen in order to incapacitate the Not-So-Goodie Mob. The Spleen was disarmed by Big Tobacco of the Suits gang and the Blame Thrower was destroyed when Casanova Frankenstein's mansion was destroyed by the Psycho-frakulator.
